Quality Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain a regional quality strategy that aligns with business goals and fosters continuous improvement.

• Cultivate a comprehensive quality culture throughout the entire lifecycle, emphasizing skill development, effective communication, and the sharing of best practices.

• Oversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of processes, systems, and performance indicators.

• Examine customer feedback, operational patterns, and performance indicators to pinpoint risks, root causes, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Spearhead quality assessments, corrective action initiatives, and projects aimed at continuous improvement.

• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to enhance quality processes, ensure compliance, and elevate customer satisfaction.

• Mentor quality teams and engage stakeholders to promote the adoption of best practices and drive sustainable performance improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive and successful experience in sourcing, supply chain management, quality enhancement, or engineering roles.

• A technical or business degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university.

• At least 2 years of experience directly or indirectly in a leadership role.

• Six Sigma certification is preferred (Six Sigma Champion, Six Sigma Black Belt).

• Demonstrated success in managing quality projects and programs.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business and quality improvement.
