This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and lead cutting-edge measurement frameworks for Customer Engagement and Go-to-Market effectiveness.

• Convert aggregated performance data, including claims, prescribing, payer, and CRM insights, into strategic measurement frameworks.

• Develop balanced scorecards that assess outcomes and key enterprise behaviors.

• Provide guidance to senior leadership regarding performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Innovate incentive compensation strategies tailored for evolving field roles, customer profiles, and contemporary engagement models.

• Oversee equitable, transparent, and motivating incentive frameworks in collaboration with Incentive Compensation teams.

• Adapt metrics and incentives in response to market dynamics, transformation priorities, and field feedback.

• Collaborate with Insights and Decision Science, Finance, Field Leadership, and field enablement teams.

• Foster customer impact, growth, and long-term competitiveness within Novartis’ commercial organization.

• Travel domestically and/or internationally, with a requirement of 30% travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.

• Over 10 years of experience in incentive design, performance management, or field operations strategy.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with large, geographically dispersed teams.

• Extensive knowledge of incentive compensation strategy, customer engagement metrics, and drivers of field performance and motivation.

• Capability to design and scale innovative, data-driven models that link enterprise insights with field execution.

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, including payer and provider dynamics, enterprise account management, and emerging technology trends.

• Proven success in influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.

• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into clear insights, narratives, and actionable plans.

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities across functions, geographies, and field teams.

• The company will not sponsor visas for this position.

• Preferred: experience with enterprise incentive compensation platforms and advanced analytics tools.

• Preferred: experience in consulting or high-growth environments, building scalable measurement and incentive constructs across global or multi-market teams.
