📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead a multi-year IT and digital transformation strategy that aligns with corporate growth goals and global business needs.

• Create an enterprise transformation portfolio that links business outcomes, technology capabilities, investments, dependencies, and measurable value realization.

• Provide strategic advice to the CIO and executive leadership regarding technology strategy, modernization priorities, platform choices, and emerging capabilities.

• Promote ongoing enhancement of the IT operating model, governance processes, decision-making rights, and delivery practices.

• Direct the enterprise architecture for business applications, data, integration, middleware, and associated technology platforms.

• Oversee modernization initiatives for ERP, CDP, CRM, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources, and commercial platforms.

• Manage large-scale ERP and business process transformations across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and operational functions.

• Collaborate with business leaders to redesign processes and enhance throughput, traceability, planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Drive the technology strategy for commercial transformation, focusing on CRM, sales operations, customer service, marketing, analytics, and revenue enablement.

• Lead technology projects for international invoicing, tax compliance, electronic invoicing, electronic reporting, and regional compliance.

• Utilize structured consulting methodologies, encompassing current-state assessments, target-state designs, business cases, roadmaps, value realization, and executive alignment.

• Guide internal teams, systems integrators, consulting firms, and software partners through intricate transformation programs.

• Conduct technology due diligence, oversee post-merger integration, application consolidation, data harmonization, and technology separation tasks.

• Supervise enterprise application delivery, covering intake, prioritization, design, implementation, release management, support, and lifecycle planning.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts, product and platform leaders, architects, program managers, and application specialists.

• Establish governance frameworks, standardized methodologies, architecture reviews, portfolio reporting, and decision-making frameworks.

• Ensure effective change management, user adoption, training, and transition to operational ownership.

• Maintain compliance with GxP, quality systems, SOX, FDA, data integrity, validation, and other relevant regulations.

• Develop and nurture relationships with software vendors, systems integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners.

• Manage negotiations, contract governance, license optimization, renewals, vendor delivery oversight, and performance management.

• Take ownership of the digital transformation CapEx and OpEx portfolio and monitor benefits realization, financial reporting, resource accountability, and return on investment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, digital transformation, consulting, or IT leadership roles.

• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise application organizations and large-scale transformation projects.

• Proven ability to define and implement multi-year IT and digital transformation roadmaps across various business functions and regions.

• Experience in collaborating with executive stakeholders and business leaders to achieve measurable operational and financial results.

• Extensive experience with enterprise business applications in ERP, finance, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, human resources, commercial, and customer experience areas.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP transformations.

• Familiarity with QAD, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, MES, manufacturing systems, quality systems, and enterprise middleware/integration platforms like Dell Boomi or EDICOM.

• Experience in managing and rationalizing enterprise software licenses, vendor portfolios, contracts, entitlements, renewals, and total cost of ownership.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration strategies, data harmonization, master data governance, cybersecurity dependencies, and technology governance frameworks.

• Experience in delivering capabilities for international invoicing, electronic invoicing, electronic reporting, tax compliance, localization, and regional regulatory technology.

• Background in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.

• In-depth knowledge of GxP standards, quality systems, computer system validation, data integrity, and regulated change management.

• Familiarity with FDA requirements, SOX, HIPAA, and relevant international regulations.

• Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, financial acumen, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of translating complex technology concepts into clear business implications and actionable steps.

• Proven skills in building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams.

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
