This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and implement SNUC’s growth strategy in alignment with the company's objectives and revenue goals.
• Participate in go-to-market planning and commercial strategy as a member of the commercial leadership team.
• Convert market intelligence into growth initiatives, investment priorities, and commercial programs.
• Provide executive-level insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities.
• Develop intelligence regarding customers, markets, competitors, industries, and emerging technologies.
• Establish and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles and Ideal Partner Profiles.
• Lead demand generation efforts through digital, account-based, partner, field marketing, events, and targeted growth initiatives.
• Propel measurable pipeline growth across Sell-To, Sell-With, and Design-In strategies.
• Monitor and enhance campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline contributions.
• Own the product marketing strategy and market positioning.
• Create distinctive messaging and support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Oversee corporate communications, digital strategies, website development, social media, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop joint marketing and co-marketing programs with Channel and Strategic Alliance teams.
• Utilize data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations on reporting, attribution, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead and develop the Growth team, implement scalable operating models, and create performance frameworks.
• Advise executive leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Manage daily team operations, performance expectations, feedback, coaching, and development activities.
• Work alongside Human Resources to ensure consistent people-management practices.
• Execute other responsibilities reasonably required by the business.
• Typically requires over 10 years of relevant experience in B2B enterprise marketing, ecosystem development, channel leadership, or growth functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing measurable pipeline generation programs within enterprise technology environments.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience in establishing CRM hygiene standards, attribution models, and campaign tracking conventions.
• Solid understanding of partner-led and ecosystem-driven go-to-market models.
• Experience collaborating closely with enterprise sales organizations and executive leadership teams.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, rapidly changing environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering organizational alignment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven operational approach.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure, edge computing, AI infrastructure, cloud, OEM, or related technology sectors is highly preferred.
• Preferred experience with OEM ecosystems, enterprise channel programs, AI infrastructure, edge computing, hyperscaler partnerships, enterprise hardware or infrastructure solutions, joint GTM execution with technology alliances, or high-growth PE-backed organizations.
• Required to travel 25%–40%, including international travel.
