This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and enhance Jamf's Global Talent Acquisition vision, strategy, and roadmap, converting business objectives into a scalable, AI-driven global hiring model.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a multi-tiered global team of Talent Acquisition managers, recruiters, and coordinators.
• Foster depth in succession planning, ensure timely hiring results, and transition the team into strategic Talent Advisors.
• Oversee capacity modeling for the global Talent Acquisition function, covering positions from entry-level to C-suite.
• Collaborate with Finance on global workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and Talent Acquisition budget distribution.
• Assess resourcing trade-offs within the approved budget and escalate significant changes as needed.
• Define and propel Jamf's global employer branding and talent marketing strategy in conjunction with Marketing.
• Enhance and evolve hiring manager practices through structured interviews, evaluations, bias mitigation, and guidance on technical and AI talent.
• Manage ATS strategy and vendor partnerships, including configuration and integration tasks.
• Responsibly evaluate and implement AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Supervise staffing vendor and agency relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee contingent workforce strategy in partnership with Procurement.
• Establish TA reporting, analytics, metrics, and KPI strategy; collaborate with HRIS on business requirements.
• Leverage TA data to inform hiring strategies and business decisions.
• Partner with Compensation to establish benchmarking and market-competitive pay strategies.
• Advise business leaders on hiring practices for geographic expansion, talent strategy, workforce risks, and organizational design.
• Lead Talent Acquisition through organizational and operating model changes, including restructuring, system adoption, and process redesign.
• Represent Talent Acquisition on the HR Leadership Team and with executive leadership.
• Provide insights on talent market conditions and hiring risks.
• 12+ years of comprehensive recruitment experience on a global scale (required).
• 7+ years in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition, including leading multi-layered teams across various regions or a global organization (required).
• Extensive knowledge of Boolean search techniques, engagement with passive candidates, GitHub, and Stack Overflow (required).
• Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with staffing vendors and agencies (required).
• Background in recruiting technical, engineering, or AI talent, including familiarity with tech stacks, engineering leveling frameworks, and technical interview design (required).
• Experience with global workforce planning and headcount forecasting at a similarly sized SaaS company (required).
• Understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements across multiple regions, or the ability to collaborate effectively with Legal (required).
• Proficiency in regional talent market dynamics, local compensation standards, sourcing channels, and candidate expectations (required).
• Real-time mastery of TA metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer-acceptance rates (required).
• Willingness and capability to personally conduct full-cycle recruiting for confidential, executive, or urgent searches (required).
• Hands-on experience in ATS administration, such as with Greenhouse or Workday, and familiarity with evaluating AI-enabled recruiting tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of Enterprise Sales hiring dynamics, attrition patterns, and Quota Carrying Rep levels (preferred).
• Experience working with Compensation teams on benchmarking and market-competitive pay strategies (preferred).
• Ownership of employer branding and talent strategy at a regional or global level (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (required).
• A combination of relevant experience and education may be taken into account (required).
• Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory.
