This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the global Convatec me+ investment plan, including program economics and performance.
• Serve as the general manager for the me+ enterprise, defining strategy and spearheading commercial execution across various franchises and regions.
• Achieve significant year-over-year growth in enrolments by attracting patients in acute settings and ensuring their retention throughout their journey.
• Execute the global program architecture, which encompasses capabilities, processes, technology, data, content, service models, and governance.
• Establish and oversee global me+ standards, KPIs, technology priorities, operating principles, and investment decisions.
• Create consumer acquisition and lifecycle engagement models aimed at enhancing qualified enrolment, activation, engagement, and loyalty.
• Manage the comprehensive direct-to-consumer experience, spanning services, websites, digital journeys, ecommerce, and customer call centers.
• Negotiate and cultivate working relationships and commercial agreements with third-party distributors and service providers.
• Lead a matrixed global team to foster speed, scale, consistency, and standardization.
• Identify and disseminate best practices while developing tools, playbooks, and systems for execution at the country level.
• Continuously enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure me+ provides value to healthcare providers, gaining clinician trust, recommendations, and preferences.
• Advocate for the responsible use of data, automation, AI, and digital tools to enhance personalization, engagement, retention, service quality, and efficiency.
• Measure enrolment conversion, activation, engagement, retention, satisfaction, healthcare professional trust, product preference, country adoption, program efficiency, and consumer impact.
• Proven track record as a commercial leader with a history of delivering measurable growth.
• Strong operational expertise, including experience in building infrastructure, order-to-cash processes, and integrating third-party service partners at scale.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating commercial agreements with distributors and third-party providers.
• Experience in leading patient support or consumer-facing programs, preferably in medtech, medical devices, pharma, or healthcare services.
• Proven experience in developing consumer acquisition and lifecycle engagement models that yield measurable improvements in enrolment, activation, retention, and loyalty.
• Experience in managing global or enterprise-wide programs, standardizing and scaling while addressing local market needs, and leading through influence within a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with digital and AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• A commercial general manager mindset with a clear sense of ownership over results and program growth.
• A strong sense of urgency, operational rigor, and a pronounced bias towards action.
• Proficient negotiator and partner builder with distributors, service providers, and internal functions.
• Influential enterprise leader capable of driving alignment across regions, franchises, functions, and cultures.
