This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development and execution of Semperis’s worldwide partner program.
• Create program requirements, enablement and demand generation initiatives, operational efficiency projects, reporting, and strategic endeavors.
• Design and implement a scalable partner program that aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate on training programs and certifications for partners.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies alongside sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Enhance revenue and promote mutual success with partners.
• Streamline partner operations, processes, reporting structures, performance metrics, and compliance.
• Oversee the Partner Portal and other essential systems and reporting tools.
• Establish the vision and direction for the Partner Journey and Satisfaction.
• Create and manage Partner Advisory Councils, Partner Summits, and other strategic events.
• Foster and sustain relationships with global partners and internal executives.
• Track market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices.
• Report to the Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales & Alliances.
• Over 10 years of experience in global partner programs, operations, or business development in the security technology sector or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Experience in creating partner agreements, program documentation, and playbooks.
• Proficiency in developing and managing partner portals and learning management systems.
• Background in sales and channel management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling strategic partner initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and partner ecosystems.
• Capability to drive operational excellence, program management, and partnerships that impact revenue.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing both strategic and tactical activities to achieve results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with extended teams and partners.
• Strong organizational, content creation, presentation, and prioritization skills.
