This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Cultivate and maintain client relationships while ensuring timely achievement of program objectives.
β’ Supervise the coordination and management of programs, including schedules, budgets, targets, and project updates.
β’ Act as the main point of contact between clients, business development, and project teams.
β’ Collaborate with laboratory management to guarantee that deliverables align with customer expectations and financial obligations.
β’ Engage in negotiations and make immediate decisions with clients.
β’ Ensure adherence to company and project management standards across various departments.
β’ Provide internal consultancy on project management challenges and identify areas for process and efficiency enhancements.
β’ Serve as the primary liaison for operational personnel of major clients and manage extensive study programs.
β’ Organize regular client-facing and internal meetings.
β’ Coordinate client visits alongside Business Development and Lab Operations management.
β’ Support and lead the program governance framework.
β’ Oversee the coordination of complex stability launches.
β’ Manage FTE projects, which include setup, monitoring, and completion phases.
β’ Prioritize client projects effectively.
β’ Create and distribute project status trackers and review the outputs.
β’ Assess and escalate project risks while soliciting feedback.
β’ Prepare forecasts for large FTE programs, monitor utilization and expenditures, and adjust priorities accordingly.
β’ Oversee contract processes and the renewal of client project contracts in collaboration with Business Development and stakeholders.
β’ Generate new opportunities from existing clients.
β’ Train and mentor Program Manager I and Program Manager II.
β’ Respond to client inquiries and spearhead client communications.
β’ Manage client expectations and program deliverables in conjunction with Laboratory Operations management.
β’ Serve as the primary liaison between client management teams and Laboratory Operations.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
β’ Over 7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education, training, and experience.
β’ Strong understanding of science and/or business principles.
β’ Proven experience in FTE project management, with a focus on financial responsibilities such as forecasting FTE strongly preferred.
β’ In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations is preferred.
β’ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
β’ Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
β’ Strong analytical skills demonstrated through past experiences.
β’ Proven track record of compliance with established procedures and policies.
β’ Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
β’ Extensive experience and knowledge in project management.
β’ Strong skills in client relationship management.
β’ Capability to work collaboratively with multi-level teams.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and undefined environment.
β’ Strong negotiation capabilities.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
β’ Must pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
β’ Ability to communicate, comprehend, and exchange ideas with diverse groups of individuals.
β’ Ability to work upright and stationary for the typical duration of working hours.
β’ Proficiency in using and learning standard office equipment and technology.
