This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Offers tactical assistance for client-oriented projects
• Oversees and enhances project performance, focusing on program financial management and client communication
• Provides internal advice on project management challenges
• Identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
• Recognizes and escalates risks to project schedules and financial targets
• Manages and coordinates the initiation of studies
• Converts protocol terminology into internal systems and processes
• Prepares for and leads internal meetings while attending external meetings
• Coordinates stability launches
• Maintains project configurations and sample testing schedules
• Assesses and manages project timelines and deliverables
• Complies with contract stipulations and supports contract management
• Oversees project setup and financial aspects
• Manages projections, forecasts, revenue recognition, budgets, utilization goals, FTE utilization, and expenditures
• Facilitates internal and external communications, including meeting minutes and action items for client projects
• Oversees study documentation and testing directives, and disseminates data/reports
• Assists with fee-for-service and hourly contract review processes
• Provides or assists in training for Program Manager I
• Engages in cross-functional initiatives and process enhancements
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• 3+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of education, training, and experience that is equivalent
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including drug testing
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficient with computers and enterprise applications, including office productivity software
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Proven adherence to procedures and policies
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Capability to work collaboratively with multi-level teams
• Ability to communicate, receive, and comprehend information and ideas from diverse groups
• Must be able to work upright and stationary and/or stand for typical working hours
• Ability to lift and transport objects up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to work in non-traditional work settings
• Proficient in using and learning standard office equipment and technology
• May come into contact with potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, in laboratory or healthcare settings
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple projects or tasks
