This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and programs to meet commercial objectives, enhance business goals, and increase market share.
• Formulate and carry out commercialization plans for both new and existing products, delivering distinct value aligned with brand strategic objectives.
• Design and execute downstream marketing initiatives targeting specific customer audiences, including branded digital, social, and print campaigns.
• Establish and implement an efficient process for distributor and subsidiary support to ensure compliance and brand-aligned positioning and messaging globally.
• Oversee the downstream marketing budget, monitor ROI, analyze and report performance against KPIs, and optimize expenditures across both digital and non-digital channels.
• Collaborate with upstream marketing and other departments to develop and manage programs that introduce new products and offerings.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to create training programs and develop medical educational content and customer resources.
• Develop sales enablement programs and tools that support customer engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Act as the product’s digital voice, optimizing channels and strategies to boost brand awareness and demand generation.
• Track brand performance, conduct market research, and perform analysis.
• Advocate for the product and generate enthusiasm within the organization and the aesthetic community.
• Build customer relationships and gather customer insights to refine messaging, segmentation, and strategic operating plans.
• Provide internal thought leadership and stay updated on medical aesthetics trends through field engagement, market research, advisory boards, industry congresses, and associations.
• Manage a team of 3-5 individuals.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven history of growth and success in the medical aesthetic device sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• MBA is preferred.
• Experience in brand and product marketing.
• Proficiency in omnichannel marketing and digital knowledge.
• Experience in managing personnel and external resources.
• Mandatory B2B and B2C experience.
• Capable and willing to alternate between hands-on tasks and strategic thinking.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and a solid understanding of metric-driven marketing.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the capability to work cross-functionally within an organization.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, proactive, and creative.
• Independent learner with a flexible approach.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
