This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Examine fundamental revenue metrics, such as pipeline health, bookings, retention/churn, product utilization, and ARR trends.
• Detect risks, opportunities, and performance influences through cohort, segmentation, and funnel analysis.
• Manage executive-level dashboards utilizing Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Generate weekly business reviews, monthly KPI reports, and reporting materials for C-level executives and the Board.
• Assist in bookings forecasting and ensure the integrity of sales data within the CRM.
• Sustain and enhance predictive models for capacity planning, representative productivity, and territory performance.
• Aid in quota-setting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Product Operations to integrate data sources and workflows.
• Guarantee consistent data definitions and reporting standards across functions for comprehensive funnel attribution.
• Deliver insights for annual and quarterly GTM planning, including quota-setting, territory modeling, and headcount planning.
• Assess the impact of new processes and enablement initiatives.
• Monitor KPI performance, recognize GTM process breakdowns, and suggest operational enhancements.
• Address urgent inquiries from the VP of RevOps, CRO, and CFO with precise analyses of win rates, product sales performance, ASP, churn factors, and related strategic matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including index/match, nested logic, pivot tables, and scenario modeling.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and pipeline conversion rates.
• Capability to convert complex data into clear narratives and present findings to senior leadership.
• High attention to detail and comfort with large datasets.
• Proven ability to act swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
• Prior experience supporting sales teams with complex, multi-product solution offerings is beneficial.
• Familiarity with enterprise software or subscription business models is advantageous.
• Experience with advanced RevTech tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Pendo, and Gainsight is a plus.
