This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate a five-member Revenue Finance team, establishing team structure, priorities, career development paths, and overall capability.
• Hold comprehensive accountability for company-wide subscription and revenue metrics, including ARR, GRR, forecasts, renewals, credits, cancellations, revenue recognition, and attrition.
• Formulate enterprise strategy and standards for revenue forecasting methodologies, driver-based modeling, and long-term planning.
• Provide final approval on the quarterly ARR lock and the company-wide policy for credit and cancellation treatment.
• Act as a key finance representative in CFO staff meetings and materials for board and investor presentations.
• Collaborate with GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Accounting leadership on revenue performance, forecast risks, and retention trends.
• Manage the roadmap and budget for revenue and subscription metrics systems and process investments.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across lead-to-cash and revenue forecasting processes.
• Oversee coordination between the US-based team and Center of Excellence (COE) resources.
• Provide monthly and quarterly executive and board-level reports on ARR, GRR, revenue forecast variances, and key business drivers.
• Lead revenue integration planning for mergers and acquisitions, new products, and evolving business models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or subscription/SaaS finance, including several years in managerial roles.
• Previous experience in leading a team of 5 or more across various functions.
• Profound knowledge of subscription and recurring revenue metrics (ARR, GRR, renewals, retention, attrition) along with SaaS revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, credits, and cancellations.
• Experience in presenting revenue performance, forecast risks, and revenue insights directly to the CFO, executive staff, or board, or in board preparation materials.
• Proven track record of ownership in policy and control decisions, such as quarterly close/lock processes and revenue treatment policies.
• Experience in integrating revenue and retention metrics through mergers and acquisitions, new product launches, or significant changes in business models.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling.
• Experience working within a distributed or global team structure, including managing or collaborating with a Center of Excellence (COE) or offshore teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements, automation, and data integrity initiatives at an enterprise level in a dynamic business environment.
