Senior Director, Field Program Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, standardization, technical support, and evaluation of local programs.

• Lead discussions on program modifications and propose enhancements.

• Innovate concepts to advance success metrics.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the implementation of assigned programs.

• Provide technical support, identify emerging challenges and solutions, and apply best practices in public health.

• Guide field teams on local program modifications while maintaining model fidelity and standardization.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with community-based organizations.

• Develop and assess local needs evaluations centered on health equity, social determinants of health, and the quality of kidney disease-related care.

• Create and maintain implementation manuals, budgeting guidelines, and timelines for assigned programs.

• Manage an internal workgroup for each designated program.

• Generate outcomes and impact reports, providing feedback to leadership.

• Collaborate across headquarters and local departments to ensure programmatic effectiveness.

• Develop and distribute program communications, field-facing toolkits, and technical guidance.

• Maintain regular communication with field teams concerning program updates, best practices, and resources.

• Serve as the program data steward in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry, alignment, and integrity.

• Convert program data into impact reports for both field and national stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional program workgroups and engage field and national partners.

• Identify non-industry revenue opportunities for program funding.

• Assist development teams in participation facilitation and concept creation for assigned programs.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• At least 5 years of experience in health-related program delivery, public health initiatives, or community engagement.

• Proven experience in building and sustaining partnership relationships, preferably in healthcare and/or public health.

• Project management experience, including overseeing and developing project budgets, event logistics, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and working both independently and collaboratively.

• Skills in volunteer management, ideally with healthcare or other professionals.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Adaptable and capable of troubleshooting when challenges arise.

• Required experience with data/basic statistical analysis.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Zoom meeting/webinar, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Branding UI.

• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce or a similar CRM/data platform for program tracking, data management, and impact reporting is required.

• A Master’s degree in a health-related or social services field is preferred.

• Experience in grant proposal writing and securing funding through new grants is preferred.

• Must possess impeccable integrity, trustworthiness, tact, discretion, and professionalism.

• Must maintain effectiveness under pressure.

• Proficient in using standard office equipment.

• Willingness to travel moderately overnight for business, potentially including weekends.
