This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the U.S. Payer Account Director team, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and strategies for account engagement.
• Incorporate market access insights into brand strategy, commercialization plans, and objectives for lifecycle management.
• Analyze healthcare market trends that impact product access, reimbursement, pricing, and contracting strategies.
• Develop and implement pricing and access strategies for TREGZI and any future indications, including reimbursement analysis and suitable contracting and discount strategies.
• Create pre- and post-launch market engagement strategies that communicate the brand’s value proposition and facilitate patient access.
• Lead market access analytics and assess team and business performance against established KPIs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and stakeholders to foresee payer evidence requirements and formulate long-term evidence strategies.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain a high-performing team while promoting a results-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative culture.
• Formulate and oversee operating budgets that align with corporate financial objectives.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and relevant U.S. healthcare laws and regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in market access, including leadership of high-performing payer or field market access teams.
• Extensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, payer landscape, reimbursement environment, and associated access challenges and opportunities.
• In-depth functional expertise in market access, pricing and contracting, lifecycle management, and the integration of patient access and support services.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of developing scalable, customer-focused market access strategies.
• Solid understanding of the commercialization process, reimbursement integration points, and clinical development aspects.
• Commercial experience in marketing, sales, product launches, pricing, or contracting.
• Previous experience in cell therapy or stem cell transplant is desirable.
