Senior Director, Enterprise Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the revenue technology stack, which includes Salesforce and CPQ.

• Propel the evolution of CPQ to accommodate new pricing models, broaden product offerings, and support international expansion.

• Develop an enterprise data infrastructure and set governance standards.

• Address existing technical debt and ensure that data meets the needs of Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

• Facilitate integration across enterprise systems utilizing Workato and similar platforms.

• Collaborate with IT and Security to lay the architectural foundation for AI initiatives.

• Oversee the strategy and operations of the HRIS platform.

• Manage relationships with vendors, service partners, and investments in tools.

• Make informed strategic decisions regarding build, buy, or partnership options within the technology stack.

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams focused on Salesforce/Finance Systems, CPQ, HRIS, and Enterprise Data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise technology functions, with direct oversight of systems, data, or platform teams.

• Practical experience with Salesforce (CRM and/or Finance), CPQ platforms, and HRIS systems.

• Proven ability to build and govern enterprise data infrastructure at scale.

• A strong perspective on data quality, objectivity, and accessibility.

• Experience with AI and automation tools; familiarity with Workato or similar integration platforms is advantageous.

• A successful history of leading through ambiguity, managing organizational changes, open headcount, and competing priorities.

• Strong collaborative skills with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations teams.

• A data-driven mindset in making architectural and investment decisions.

• Ability to contribute both strategically and in a hands-on manner.

• International experience, especially related to CPQ, tax, and compliance complexities, is a plus.
