This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the enablement strategy for the Financial Institutions sector.
• Assist sales, relationship management, consulting, implementation, and client-facing teams in engaging clients and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Design and implement an enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives, revenue goals, and client outcome targets.
• Formulate a multi-year roadmap for sales, product, client, and leadership enablement initiatives.
• Direct programs aimed at enhancing sales productivity, pipeline development, solution positioning, client interaction, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR on onboarding, product readiness, launch enablement, communications, and capability enhancement.
• Establish governance structures, standards, key performance indicators, and executive reporting mechanisms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the enablement team.
• Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships, learning technologies, and enablement resources.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales enablement, commercial enablement, learning and development, revenue operations, or client-focused business transformation within financial services, payments, technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing and developing teams responsible for enablement, learning, sales readiness, communications, operations, or performance programs.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise enablement strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, and measurement systems linked to revenue enhancement, productivity, adoption, or client outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, create scalable programs, and facilitate organizational change.
• Proficiency in utilizing learning technologies, sales enablement platforms, customer relationship management systems, analytics tools, or similar resources to deliver and assess enablement programs.
• Experience in crafting role-specific learning journeys, product readiness plans, sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, or client engagement tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
