πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead the enterprise-wide employee relations strategy and operational model for MGT.

β€’ Act as a senior advisor and point of escalation for intricate and sensitive employee issues, investigations, workplace concerns, accommodations, performance management challenges, and employment decisions.

β€’ Collaborate with organizational leaders to tackle workforce challenges and enhance leadership effectiveness.

β€’ Analyze trends in employee relations and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

β€’ Foster consistent, equitable, and values-driven decision-making.

β€’ Oversee enterprise-level workplace investigations and implement standards, protocols, and governance processes.

β€’ Spearhead the development and evolution of workplace policies, employee conduct standards, and employee relations practices.

β€’ Provide strategic leadership and oversight for employment compliance programs across a multi-state workforce.

β€’ Convert legal and regulatory mandates into scalable business processes and people practices.

β€’ Create governance frameworks, controls, monitoring processes, documentation standards, and remediation strategies.

β€’ Coordinate compliance reviews, assessments, audits, and corrective action initiatives.

β€’ Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, and executive leadership to identify and mitigate organizational risks.

β€’ Establish metrics and reporting for compliance trends, risks, remediation efforts, and program effectiveness.

β€’ Lead and develop the Employee Relations and Compliance team.

β€’ Set team direction, priorities, service expectations, and developmental opportunities.

β€’ Coach leaders and enhance managerial effectiveness in addressing employee matters.

β€’ Support succession planning and capability development.

β€’ Create tools, resources, and training for scalable enterprise support.

β€’ Drive employee relations and compliance initiatives for acquisitions, integrations, organizational redesigns, and workforce transitions.

β€’ Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks to ensure sustainable growth and scalability.

β€’ Partner with business leaders to manage change while maintaining employee engagement and minimizing organizational risks.

β€’ Align employee relations and compliance strategies with broader business goals.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree is required.

β€’ An advanced degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Administration, JD, or a related field is preferred.

β€’ Over 10 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Employment Compliance, Labor Relations, Employment Law, Human Resources, or related areas.

β€’ Proven success in leading enterprise employee relations and compliance functions within large, complex, and rapidly changing organizations.

β€’ Extensive experience in managing workplace investigations and providing guidance on high-risk employee issues.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.

β€’ Demonstrated capability to influence executive leaders and drive organizational outcomes through trusted partnerships and sound judgment.

β€’ Proven experience leading and developing Employee Relations, Compliance, or related HR professionals.

β€’ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

β€’ Strong business acumen with the capacity to balance employee experience, compliance obligations, and organizational objectives.

β€’ Experience in leading teams through growth, change, acquisitions, and organizational transformations.

β€’ Ability to navigate uncertainty, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions in complex situations.

β€’ Demonstrated success in building scalable programs, processes, and governance frameworks that support long-term growth.
