This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Spearhead cross-channel demand generation initiatives for Experian Insurance.
β’ Oversee experimentation and optimization efforts across various acquisition channels.
β’ Collaborate with analytics and product teams to achieve measurable and scalable results.
β’ Lead a team with direct reports.
β’ Report directly to the Vice President of Insurance Services.
β’ Assess and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources.
β’ Develop test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels.
β’ Construct channel pilot plans, success criteria, and make scale-or-kill recommendations.
β’ Create documentation, plans, and enablement resources for successful pilots.
β’ Manage a comprehensive marketing portfolio that spans multiple channels and partnerships.
β’ Enhance execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams.
β’ Set strategic direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics.
β’ Standardize processes and operational rhythms across channels.
β’ Advance targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring with analytics and decision science teams.
β’ Optimize decision-making systems, including routing and bidding logic.
β’ Transform funnel and cohort insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Oversee demand forecasting and scenario planning across channels.
β’ Establish experimentation frameworks across all channels.
β’ Collaborate with Product to prioritize marketing UX testing aimed at enhancing customer conversion.
β’ Integrate pilot insights into ongoing execution strategies.
β’ Synthesize cross-channel insights to prioritize growth investments.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in performance marketing or growth strategies.
β’ Proven experience in managing vendor relationships.
β’ Experience in launching and scaling new marketing channels.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the personal lines insurance industry and its competitive landscape.
β’ Strong analytical and project management skills.
β’ Some travel may be required.
