This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily paid social strategy and performance narrative for accounts, linking media performance to overarching client objectives.

• Create comprehensive strategies across various platforms, addressing budget distribution, platform roles, target audiences, campaign structure, creative elements, and optimization priorities.

• Act as a reliable client-facing expert, proactively offering insights, recommendations, and clear perspectives.

• Evaluate performance to pinpoint key drivers, risks, and opportunities, converting data into clear insights and actionable next steps.

• Formulate learning agendas and testing roadmaps across creative content, media, target audiences, measurement, and emerging platform opportunities.

• Collaborate with Activation and cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with strategy, providing hands-on campaign and quality assurance support as needed.

• Maintain operational oversight on budget pacing, forecasting, campaign accuracy, and overall account health.

• Cultivate relationships with platform partners to uncover strategic opportunities, new capabilities, and ways to enhance client programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of direct paid social experience across at least four major social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, or YouTube.

• Proven ability to independently create paid social strategies and recommendations based on client objectives, performance, and business context.

• Strong analytical skills to assess performance and transform data into a coherent strategic narrative.

• Experience managing client communications and confidently presenting plans, performance insights, and recommendations.

• Thorough understanding of full-funnel paid social strategy, creative testing, measurement, and platform best practices.

• Excellent budget management, forecasting, and organizational skills with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.

• Capacity to follow initial direction and swiftly transition to an independent, proactive working style.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including comfort with pivot tables and large datasets; certifications in platforms and digital marketing are advantageous.
