This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of paid user acquisition for The Dyrt PRO subscription product
• Manage paid acquisition volume and efficiency in line with monthly targets
• Determine budget distribution across various platforms, campaigns, and target audiences
• Create, launch, organize, and sustain app and web acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and additional ad networks
• Brief, refresh, and evaluate ad creatives
• Develop and test custom product pages for the App Store
• Ensure consistency between advertisements, store pages, and landing destinations
• Cross-verify ad-platform reporting with internal analytics
• Manage conversion events, deep links, UTM parameters, and pixel integrity
• Establish success criteria for tests, analyze results, and decide whether to scale, pause, or iterate
• Produce weekly and monthly acquisition reports
• Suggest future campaign initiatives
• Collaborate with the Monday–Wednesday Growth Manager on acquisition and app funnel priorities
• Set weekend budgets and transfer tasks on Wednesday
• Experience managing app install and app event campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and Apple Search Ads
• Practical experience in building and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns, rather than just briefing an agency
• Experience in allocating and pacing actual paid budgets in relation to volume and efficiency goals
• Knowledge of mobile measurement, including SKAdNetwork, deep links, custom product pages, and store listings
• Understanding of attribution discrepancies among mobile measurement tools
• Capability to verify platform-reported outcomes against an independent analytics source
• Proficiency in defining test success criteria, analyzing outcomes, and making decisions on scaling, stopping, or iterating
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable utilizing AI and automation for analysis, creative production, and reporting
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace conducive for clear video conferencing
• Must operate within a U.S. time zone
