This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Build and lead a team of writers and editors.
• Mentor and nurture 4–6 writers and editors.
• Manage relationships with agency partners.
• Develop content strategies aimed at generating demand throughout the funnel.
• Integrate customer and sales feedback, along with trends in search and generative AI, into product messaging.
• Innovate and formalize practices for AI-enabled content creation.
• Guide the team on responsible and impactful use of AI technologies.
• Ensure the quality of content across all asset types.
• Write and revise core assets, including long-form reports, web pages, and video scripts.
• Edit copy for emails, social media, and paid advertising.
• Align content initiatives with audience needs and business goals.
• Influence both technical and senior stakeholders.
• Present strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Analyze engagement metrics to enhance strategy and increase pipeline effectiveness.
• Oversee workflows using tools like Asana and Workfront.
• 8–10 years of experience in content strategy or content marketing.
• Proven history of developing comprehensive content strategies that stimulate demand.
• Proficient in writing and editing across various formats, from long-form reports to promotional content.
• Experience in people leadership is preferred.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, along with hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency.
• Capability to upskill a team on AI-driven workflows.
• Experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly in writing for an enterprise networking audience, is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience managing workflows and overseeing employees, contractors, and agencies using tools like Asana and Workfront.
