📋 Description

• Oversee Dexcom's consumer software application portfolio, encompassing strategy, development, delivery, and lifecycle management.

• Report directly to the Head of Software.

• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional software teams within a Product Operating Model.

• Establish clear ownership over product outcomes, software quality, reliability, and delivery execution.

• Develop scalable organizational structures and engineering capabilities.

• Lead engineering teams with complete ownership and accountability for customer outcomes.

• Drive CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted development workflows, automated testing, integrated quality engineering, and reliable software delivery at scale.

• Collaborate with architecture and platform leaders to create modern cloud, data, and AI-enabled capabilities for future product experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 17+ years of industry experience.

• Degree in a technical field is essential.

• At least 13+ years of successful management experience in the relevant industry.

• Extensive experience in leading large-scale software engineering organizations that deliver consumer software products.

• Profound expertise in mobile applications, cloud-native architectures, APIs, digital ecosystems, and modern software delivery practices.

• Proven success in delivering highly available, high-quality software to large user populations.

• Experience in integrating AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics into customer-facing products or engineering workflows.

• Willingness to travel 15–25%.
