This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee global sales enablement and training, commercial operations, analytics, sales support, and associated processes and systems.
• Convert growth objectives into actionable sales strategies and execution plans in collaboration with CMD Commercial and BU Leadership.
• Create and implement global sales training, onboarding, and capability development initiatives.
• Formulate sales enablement strategies, tools, and processes to enhance seller productivity, pipeline conversion, and customer engagement.
• Spearhead AI transformation within the commercial organization, incorporating AI-enabled tools, automation, and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Digital, and other departments to promote the adoption of AI capabilities.
• Direct commercial analytics, dashboards, and performance management to enhance forecasting and decision-making.
• Enhance CRM adoption, data quality, sales processes, and commercial technology capabilities.
• Oversee sales support and improvements in the quote-to-order process.
• Work alongside Sales Compensation on sales incentive programs and annual quota objectives.
• Propel strategic commercial transformation and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing global team.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service, IT, HR, and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• M.B.A. or equivalent business management experience is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and/or commercial roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a global business setting and to lead program execution across various regions.
• Demonstrated history of driving large-scale change and developing cross-functional roadmaps to realize a strategic vision.
• Strong process orientation and effectiveness.
• Proficient in executive communication and project management.
• Proven success in navigating a complex matrix environment.
• Experience in leading a motivated and highly productive team through direct and indirect reporting relationships.
