This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic executive lead and primary business owner for a diverse portfolio of intricate accounts.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive, multi-channel strategies encompassing Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, CTV, YouTube, Retail Media, and emerging platforms.
• Convert client KPIs, unit economics, and growth aspirations into frameworks for media investment and budget distributions.
• Facilitate executive-level client interactions, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), annual planning meetings, and strategic presentations.
• Recognize growth and expansion opportunities within existing stores while collaborating with Business Development to explore new prospects.
• Manage account health metrics, such as retention, revenue growth, profitability, and quality of delivery.
• Ensure that deliverables adhere to strategic benchmarks, align with Statements of Work (SOWs), and yield measurable results.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to implement Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and advanced measurement frameworks.
• Propel structured test-and-learn initiatives.
• Integrate media, analytics, creative, and client leadership for cohesive execution.
• Guide and mentor members of the Client Strategy team.
• Work alongside channel teams to guarantee that outputs support a comprehensive strategy.
• Enhance internal processes, planning rigor, and standards for strategic storytelling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements to inform client progression.
• Over 10 years of experience in media, marketing strategy, or integrated client leadership.
• More than 4 years of experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel accounts with full-funnel strategy ownership.
• Strong financial acumen, including skills in budget forecasting, revenue management, and profitability oversight.
• Demonstrated capability to lead executive-level client discussions and influence senior stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
• Experience in converting business objectives into unified media, creative, and data strategies.
• Outstanding communication abilities, with a talent for distilling complexity into clear, actionable narratives.
• Strong organizational leadership skills that balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience within an agency environment catering to enterprise or high-growth brands is preferred.
• Familiarity with retail media networks, commerce media, or performance creative strategy is preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and dashboard platforms is preferred.
• Experience in supporting new business pitches and commercial strategy is preferred.
