This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Professional Services go-to-market teams.
• Take ownership of the operating plan that encompasses Sales, Success, Partners, and Professional Services.
• Define clear rules of engagement, ownership, team coverage, and handoff procedures.
• Manage Salesforce's internal rollout as customer zero, which includes deployment priorities, user management, performance metrics, and issue resolution.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reviews covering pipeline, adoption, delivery, and internal rollout.
• Maintain a single, up-to-date version of business metrics for Finance and executive stakeholders.
• Proactively manage legal, security reviews, deal desk processes, and customer contracts to stay ahead of demand.
• Integrate new teams, tools, and acquired capabilities into coherent plans, roadmaps, and performance measures.
• Recruit and lead a small, experienced operations team.
• Over 12 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, and operations.
• Proven experience in managing initiatives that span sales, post-sale, services, and partners simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to develop an operating plan and rhythm for a business lacking existing infrastructure within a large organization.
• More than 5 years of experience in leading teams, including senior individual contributors.
• Proven track record of driving an internal rollout of a product or system on a large scale.
• Strong capability to differentiate measured results from anecdotal evidence and ensure executive figures can withstand scrutiny.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Success, Services, Product, Finance, and Legal to reach consensus without formal authority.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform is preferred.
• Experience in operating a consumption-based business is preferred.
• Experience in supporting acquisition integrations is preferred.
