This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish enterprise priorities for operational reporting and dashboards.
• Lead initiatives in business intelligence and analytics for Operations, Product, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and promote opportunities for business process automation, including the application of AI to enhance speed, accuracy, or cost efficiency.
• Convert business requirements into precise data and technology specifications for the Platform team and Technology partners.
• Influence the long-term data strategy by integrating operational priorities into platform and architecture planning.
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Platform team, Product, and Technology.
• Take ownership of requirements definition, prioritization, and business validation for delivered solutions.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives.
• Represent the business in Technology governance and planning discussions.
• Work across various time zones in a hybrid or remote work setting.
• Travel as needed based on company requirements.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or business process transformation, with significant experience at an enterprise or cross-functional level.
• Proven history of establishing data and automation priorities at an organizational scale.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex, cross-functional business challenges into clear, actionable data and automation requirements.
• Experience working as a senior peer within a Technology or Data Platform organization.
• Strong history of identifying and implementing business process automation at scale, particularly through the application of AI/ML in operational scenarios.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and influencing capabilities.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare technology, SaaS, or BPaaS sectors.
• Experience in establishing or scaling an enterprise BI/analytics function from a business-led perspective is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern data platform concepts, cloud data warehousing, self-service BI tools, and workflow automation platforms.
• Experience in a post-merger or integration setting is preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
