Senior Director – Breast Oncology Lifecycle Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction and drive execution to ensure the company's success in breast cancer.

• Lead the commercial strategy and facilitate the implementation of a strategic plan targeting academic and community oncology stakeholders.

• Manage the breast cancer lifecycle team to prioritize indications and create a roadmap for addressing evidence data gaps.

• Incorporate customer feedback, publications, data presentations, competitive intelligence, and market insights.

• Establish value propositions and messaging frameworks for Natera’s oncology products related to breast cancer.

• Offer commercial insights to enhance the success of Signatera in the breast cancer sector.

• Collaborate with Market Access to aid in the development of reimbursement dossiers for Medicare/MolDx and commercial payers.

• Create KOL engagement strategies and foster thought-leader advocacy.

• Co-develop and co-execute advisory boards and perform market research.

• Present strategic initiatives and updates to executive leadership.

• Report directly to the Senior Director/Head of Women’s Cancer Lifecycle Management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA or PhD is preferred.

• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing or market analytics within a pharmaceutical or biotech organization.

• Strong preference for candidates with breast cancer market experience.

• Previous experience in KOL management is preferred.

• Familiarity with oncology molecular testing and biomarkers is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence, and inspire others.

• Proven strategic agility, enterprise mindset, and executive presence.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong customer focus, particularly in building relationships with thought leaders.

• Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must be available during Pacific Time hours.

• Capability to work remotely from within the United States.
