This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and manage the national campaign list for Germany.
• Research, design, develop, and implement national and global campaigns.
• Keep track of political, legislative, cultural, local, and global trends to spot campaign opportunities.
• Create compelling campaign emails, petitions, calls to action, and various marketing communications.
• Adapt and translate global campaign materials from English to ensure cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with experts to assist in strategy, policy, and messaging formulation.
• Gather research materials from credible sources including press and NGOs.
• Distribute campaign communications to supporters and report on campaign outcomes.
• Suggest and organize offline initiatives such as ad purchases, petition deliveries, press activities, public stunts, and events.
• Oversee the development of German-language materials, briefings, press releases, and research documents.
• Engage in public speaking and media interactions.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, journalists, activists, and similar organizations.
• Manage member communication, polling, feedback, and consultation processes.
• Contribute to shaping organizational strategy and assist with recruitment, team building, management, and special projects.
• Form coalitions to enhance mobilization and advocacy initiatives.
• Advise Media Campaigners and take charge of offline actions as necessary.
• Review, manage, and assist with member petitions on the CitizenGO Petitions website.
• Ensure website functionality and accuracy of German-language content.
• Train and support a Campaign Associate, if applicable, and help organize national-list strategy.
• Enhance workflows using AI and oversee AI Agents to boost output and quality.
• Report directly to the Manager of Global Campaigns.
• Residing in Germany.
• Native German speaker.
• Willingness to travel for offline campaigns once a month.
• Minimum B2-level proficiency in English.
• Non-natives must take the Duolingo English Test, achieving a minimum score of 100.
• Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is advantageous.
• Comfortable utilizing Artificial Intelligence in daily tasks.
• Passionate about and experienced with software tools, with a rapid learning ability for new technologies.
• Strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking capabilities.
• Ability to analyze socio-political contexts, formulate complex ideas, and articulate them clearly.
• Solid grasp of civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning.
• Committed to defending life, family, and freedom.
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent teamwork skills and comfort in a highly collaborative hierarchical environment.
• Strong project management and staff leadership abilities.

• Proficient computer skills at a user level.
• Flexible schedule and ability to meet tight deadlines, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Prior experience in copywriting and marketing content is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools for generating emails, communications, and written materials is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRMs and project management tools is an asset.
