This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Establish and oversee a dedicated AI Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders, Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales to develop a cohesive AI integration experience.
• Foster alignment among teams within the Cortex and Cloud “speedboat” framework.
• Influence product direction and shape innovations in delivery.
• Spearhead the transformation of automation and AI integration into the global services model.
• Standardize delivery practices, identify potential risks, and promote data-driven decisions to enhance service health.
• Align Global Customer Support, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partner teams to achieve customer and business objectives.
• Serve as the representative for the AI COE in global forums, advocating for insights on AI transformation and regional requirements.
• Guide teams through intricate workflow transitions, rapid changes, and innovative AI-driven delivery models.
• Propel the deployment of Agentic initiatives to develop, evaluate, and catalog specialized agentic workflows.
• Build, cultivate, and mentor a high-performing technical organization dedicated to AI innovation.
• Enhance team capabilities in advanced prompt engineering and agentic multi-agent architecture designs.
• Foster a culture rooted in accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
• Over 10 years of experience in technical services, AI operations, professional services, or related roles within a high-growth SaaS/cloud environment.
• More than 5 years of experience leading regional or multi-regional teams with functional and matrixed reporting structures.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs including deployment speed, workflow efficiency, margin, and utilization.
• Extensive knowledge of AI platforms, prompt engineering, agentic architecture, and enterprise software environments.
• Experience in presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders across Product, Services, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success organizations.
• Proven experience in leading specialized teams through technological transformations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust, develop leaders, and guide teams through uncertainty in rapidly changing technology landscapes.
• Strong judgment in managing escalations and complex AI deployment decisions.
• Highly collaborative, with a history of fostering alignment and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% within the North America region, with occasional international travel required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is required.
• Industry-recognized credentials in AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, or Data Science are preferred.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
