Senior Director, Advisory Services – Clinical Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of clients generating sales and revenue of $5 million or more.

• Primarily engage in billable work for clients.

• Sell and execute comprehensive consulting projects within a designated service line.

• Manage and deliver significant engagements valued at $250,000 or more.

• Supervise service line performance, including the development of offerings, sales and business growth, quality of implementation, and customer satisfaction.

• Expand the entire Premier portfolio.

• Ensure high staff utilization and maintain suitable margins on engagements.

• Lead projects while providing extensive clinical and technical subject-matter expertise.

• Act as the main point of contact for clinical and technical issues.

• Offer clinical and technical guidance to team members in the development of engagements, materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.

• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility and accountability.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Capacity to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

• Flexibility to rapidly adapt and shift priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills for both in-person and electronic interactions.

• Ability to collaborate closely with peers in confined settings amid various interruptions.

• Capability to make independent decisions.

• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the United States.

• Sedentary work requirements.

• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, RN license or other professional license, and Lean Six Sigma training.
