This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary account owner for designated member organizations.
• Create and implement comprehensive strategies that promote growth, retention, and value realization within Premier’s range of solutions and services.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives and significant stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for members and facilitate collaboration among various Premier teams.
• Attain specified growth, retention, and member value objectives.
• Foster trusted relationships and craft integrated strategic account plans.
• Lead the cadence of executive engagement, including executive business reviews.
• Create reference accounts, success stories, and networking opportunities.
• Enhance the growth of existing accounts through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for expansion across Premier’s offerings.
• Direct commercial strategy and align sales initiatives.
• Convey the business value and financial impact of solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Formulate renewal strategies 12–18 months in advance and oversee retention efforts.
• Identify and manage key stakeholders, including champions, influencers, and potential detractors.
• Communicate financial, operational, and clinical outcomes achieved through Premier offerings.
• Ensure member satisfaction and proactively address issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated enterprise-level solutions.
• Provide informal leadership and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Represent Premier in executive-level discussions and forums.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong financial and business insight, with the capacity to articulate ROI and value.
• Expertise in executive relationship management.
• Strategic thinking and account planning skills.
• Experience in consultative sales and commercial strategy development.
• Sound financial acumen and value articulation abilities.
• Proficient in cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Preferred 10 years of experience in account management, consulting, sales, or healthcare strategy.
• Experience working with C-suite executives of complex organizations or enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with consultative selling and strategy formulation.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Capacity to adapt quickly and change priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Competence in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills in both in-person and electronic formats.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Capability to work effectively in a collaborative business environment, even in close quarters with peers and amidst varying interruptions.
