Senior Digital Video & Graphic Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver senior-level digital video and graphic production services for assigned Cineflix YouTube channels.

• Create and test video formats, thumbnails, and other digital assets to support channel growth, enhance audience engagement, and drive monetization.

• Manage project deliverables in collaboration with Cineflix contacts and partners.

• Pilot and assess content formats, including thumbnails, channel and video branding, visual assets, clips, cutdowns, compilations, YouTube Shorts, and other digital derivatives.

• Implement and refine batch production workflows to ensure high-volume, accurate, efficient, and consistent content output.

• Optimize and scale production systems, templates, review processes, and delivery standards for video and graphic assets.

• Monitor production performance against KPIs and leverage audience data to enhance creative decision-making.

• Analyze competitor channels and market trends to discover creative opportunities and identify high-performing formats.

• Present progress updates, production performance evaluations, and creative suggestions to designated Cineflix contacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Brazil.

• Proficient in conversational written and spoken English.

• Comfortable collaborating remotely with Cineflix contacts, utilizing designated systems and adhering to agreed-upon communication and delivery timelines.

• Proven professional experience in producing digital video and graphic assets for YouTube or similar video-first platforms.

• Strong grasp of thumbnail design, branding, design principles, video packaging, audience retention, pacing, and platform-specific creative best practices.

• Experience managing production workflows, review cycles, version control, and delivery schedules across multiple projects.

• Ability to analyze performance data to assess creative output and suggest modifications to formats, thumbnails, or edits.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting project briefs and translating them into clear production requirements for graphic designers and video producers/editors.

• Experience in developing repeatable production templates, creative playbooks, and scalable post-production systems.

• Submission of a resume, portfolio or examples of relevant work, along with a brief summary of YouTube or digital production experience, is required.
