📋 Description

• Create and develop YouTube thumbnails that drive strong click-through rates, convey clear storytelling, and ensure consistent channel branding.

• Generate channel and video graphics along with in-video brand assets.

• Create YouTube Shorts, cutdowns, compilations, and other digital derivatives from Cineflix programming.

• Accurately prepare video and graphic assets for publishing, adhering to briefs, branding guidelines, specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.

• Utilize audience insights and performance data to enhance creative decisions in edits, thumbnails, and format packaging.

• Collaborate with channel managers and production leads to assist in content testing, optimization, and production workflows.

• Keep project files organized, along with version histories and delivery records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in conversational written and spoken English.

• Capable of providing remote services from Brazil and communicating effectively in English with designated Cineflix contacts using established systems.

• Practical experience in video editing and graphic design for YouTube, social media video, or digital publishing.

• Strong visual judgment and an understanding of how thumbnails, titles, pacing, and format choices affect audience behavior.

• Experience in producing a high volume of digital assets using templates, repeatable processes, or batch workflows.

• Proficient in using editing and design tools to create refined, platform-ready assets.

• Proven ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple deliverables independently, adhere to timelines, and maintain accurate project and delivery records.

• Interest in YouTube performance, audience trends, and digital content optimization.
