This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and uphold the vision, scope, success metrics, and MVP boundaries for the Digital Twin product.
• Convert SC&T use cases, migration workflows, and business requirements into prioritized product specifications.
• Oversee and sustain the integrated product backlog, roadmap, and traceability framework.
• Ensure alignment of Digital Twin requirements with the capabilities and product roadmaps of Autonomous Networks.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders from Network, Planning, OSS, Automation, Operations, Security, Data, and Architecture.
• Specify critical data requirements including ownership, quality, lineage, freshness, reconciliation, and mastership principles.
• Develop and prioritize epics, features, and user stories.
• Manage interdependencies across Digital Twin, OSS, Network, Data, and Automation domains.
• Establish acceptance criteria, interface requirements, and Definitions of Done.
• Assist in integration testing, validation activities, demonstration reviews, and acceptance processes.
• Prepare decision materials and recommendations for unresolved scope, ownership, or roadmap issues.
• Provide governance reporting, progress updates, and communications to stakeholders.
• Aid in MVP delivery, rollout readiness, and handover activities.
• Create and maintain the Product Vision and Scope Definition, Requirements and Traceability Catalogue, Autonomous Networks Alignment Matrix, Critical Data Requirements Catalogue, Prioritized Product Backlog and Roadmap, Interface and Acceptance Register, and MVP Handover and Rollout Recommendations.
• Over 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering Digital Twin, Data Platform, Inventory Management, or Network Data Products.
• Strong background in requirements elicitation and management, Agile backlog ownership, product roadmap definition, acceptance management, and stakeholder engagement.
• In-depth understanding of data quality management, data lineage, reconciliation processes, data ownership and governance concepts, as well as API and data-contract principles.
• Capability to translate network and architecture concepts into product specifications.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Preferred experience in telecommunications, network inventory, or OSS domains.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote international setting.
• 100% remote work.
• Occasional travel may be necessary for key workshops or program milestones.
