This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the design, features, operations, and results of digital products that enhance both patient and staff experiences.
• Formulate the product vision, strategy, feature roadmaps, and operational metrics.
• Gather consumer and patient feedback to inform the product backlog.
• Collaborate with information systems, consumer experience, marketing, clinical, care delivery, and service line teams.
• Define digitally enabled consumer and patient experiences across various channels.
• Create features and capabilities across platforms, drawing from research, best practices, and consumer/patient requirements.
• Identify, assess, and foster internal and external partnerships, emerging technologies, and customer/patient services.
• Establish a multi-year product portfolio strategy and present it to governance bodies, steering committees, and executives.
• Develop operational KPIs to monitor digital activity, platform utilization, and user engagement.
• Contribute to the health system’s digital health strategy, vision, go-to-market plan, and execution roadmap.
• Utilize emerging digital trends and technologies in areas such as mobility, content management, and user experience.
• Assess investment needs, projects, and priorities in collaboration with matrixed partner teams.
• Convey the strategic vision and change plans to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, supervise, and ensure the successful completion of approved projects using both internal and external resources.
• Comply with patient, staff, and visitor safety standards, as well as organizational policies, budgets, productivity, and quality requirements.
• Seek professional growth, continuing education, and skills competency.
• Exemplify compassionate, personalized, safe, and efficient service experiences.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital product or technology development.
• At least five (5) years of experience working with large, cross-functional teams to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders in complex environments.
• Advanced experience in translating business and clinical processes into user-friendly digital consumer experiences.
• Strong grasp of human-centered design principles and customer centricity.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital channels, application landscapes, technology capabilities, and cross-channel experience management.
• Ability to achieve results through others in a highly matrixed organization while fostering a culture focused on respect, excellence, and integrity.
• Intellectual curiosity with the capability to extract insights from data and propose solutions.
• Knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts that aid in effective decision-making.
• Outstanding time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
