This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform, encompassing Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, and role-based access.
• Guarantee the platform's stability, scalability, security, and data integrity through governance, compliance, and operational standards.
• Take ownership of platform upgrades, feature adoption, continuous improvement, supporting documentation, and playbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the adoption of Nexthink capabilities.
• Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows.
• Create proactive and reactive automations to address endpoint, application, and user experience issues.
• Establish self-healing functionalities for device health, application performance, configuration drift, compliance gaps, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 experience challenges.
• Construct reusable automation frameworks and engineering standards.
• Design and implement integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune/SCCM, Moveworks, Microsoft 365, Splunk, and other endpoint management, monitoring, and ITSM solutions.
• Utilize APIs, web services, and automation platforms to orchestrate workflows and automate data exchanges.
• Work in collaboration with engineering, operations, and platform teams to operationalize DEX insights and remediation workflows.
• Ensure integrations are in line with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Build dashboards, investigations, and reports that cover device health, application performance, collaboration, network quality, and employee sentiment.
• Employ NQL and platform analytics to uncover trends, root causes, and automation possibilities.
• Provide operational and executive reporting that demonstrates the effectiveness and business value of the DEX program.
• Convert telemetry and UX data into actionable recommendations for IT and business stakeholders.
• Design and manage Nexthink Campaigns to collect feedback, gauge sentiment, and promote digital adoption.
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams on change initiatives and the employee technology experience.
• Identify recurring issues, high-volume incidents, and experience gaps that are suitable for automation.
• Partner with EUC, Infrastructure, Security, Service Management, and Engineering teams to enhance DEX and contribute to DEX strategy, roadmap, and maturity initiatives.
• Keep up to date with Nexthink capabilities, automation technologies, and industry best practices.
• Must possess an active Public Trust with the capability to obtain Secret or higher clearance, as necessary.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of direct experience in administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform.
• Over 10 years of experience in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, End User Computing (EUC), workplace technology, and/or endpoint engineering environments.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and scaling Nexthink within large enterprise environments supporting over 10,000 endpoints.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Nexthink Remote Actions, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Application Experience, Software Metering, and Nexthink Query Language (NQL).
• Advanced scripting and automation experience, including PowerShell (required), Bash/Shell scripting (preferred), automated remediation and self-healing solutions, API/web service integrations, and integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management and enterprise technologies, including Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint security.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a history of using data to drive improvements in complex enterprise environments.
• Nexthink certification(s) and experience with AI Drive and Adopt are preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, asset management, and observability platforms such as Splunk is preferred.
• Knowledge of DEX frameworks, employee sentiment measurement, and Experience Level Objectives (XLOs) is preferred.
