This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate and uphold extensive technical knowledge in Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and AI Defense.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for developers in observability, security operations, and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the adoption of NVIDIA libraries.
• Showcase and integrate NVIDIA APIs, SDKs, data integrations, applications, and reference architectures into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.
• Assist partners and developers during onboarding and integration by providing sample code, guides, and demo pipelines.
• Analyze and monitor the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities and inform roadmaps and partner adoption strategies.
• Engage with partner technical leaders to promote best-practice integrations, address technical challenges, track adoption, and communicate field insights to NVIDIA product teams.
• Expand and energize developer communities through conferences, meetups, hackathons, technical discussions, and hands-on workshops.
• Promote API, SDK, and integration adoption across Splunk and the wider software ecosystem.
• Convert developer sentiments and ecosystem trends into actionable insights for product direction and platform strategy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of overall professional experience within the technology sector.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in observability, data analytics, monitoring, or security software.
• Background in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology firms, with ISVs, or within relevant sectors.
• In-depth technical knowledge in observability, security, and/or AI software, including logging and metrics pipelines, distributed tracing, SIEM/SOAR, cloud-native architectures, and/or AI security frameworks.
• Contributions to product integrations and software libraries.
• Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and technical talks or workshops.
• Capability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
• Comprehensive experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.
• Practical experience in building or optimizing observability and security solutions, including data ingestion pipelines, SPL queries and dashboards, detection content, and distributed tracing instrumentation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, or Cisco AI Defense is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML security, LLM application security, or AI observability use cases is beneficial.
• Proven track record of building and scaling developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs.
• Expertise in developing frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market dynamics and translating ecosystem developments into product strategy.
