This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem within the Energy & Utilities sector in EMEA.
• Establish strategic technical relationships with independent software vendors (ISVs) in power and utility domains, including transmission, grid operations, power simulation, distributed energy resources (DER) and renewable integration, digital twins, and simulations.
• Provide guidance on technical enablement resources such as sample code, instructional guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools.
• Assist partners and startups in navigating the onboarding process and integrating with NVIDIA’s programs.
• Map, track, and oversee the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities, advise on technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to enhance developer engagement and refine partner adoption strategies.
• Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify objectives, address technical challenges, and advocate for best practices in integration.
• Convey partner technical requirements and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, offering field-deployment insights to influence product roadmaps.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology sector, particularly in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships.
• Over 5 years of direct hands-on experience in the specified ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs within the Energy vertical and alongside ISVs.
• Technical expertise in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or frameworks and libraries specific to the vertical.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and the delivery of technical presentations or workshops.
• Ability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate effectively with internal or external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with major power system, utility, electrical engineering, industrial automation, or energy management software platforms.
• Experience working with major European utilities, grid operators, OEMs, EPCs, or energy technology firms.
• Knowledge of GPU computing, CUDA, AI/ML, generative AI, optimization, simulation, or high-performance computing.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.
• A successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering effective technical enablement programs.
