Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete developer experience from the initial visit through authentication, successful calls, integration, and deployment.

• Manage the developer portal, including reference documentation, quick starts, tutorials, code samples, changelogs, SDKs, and client libraries.

• Ensure the Agent API aligns with standards and conventions for utilizing LLMs and agents effectively.

• Enhance structured responses, detailed logging, tracing, and clear error reporting to facilitate debuggable agentic workflows.

• Minimize onboarding challenges related to credentials, authentication, and testing to accelerate time-to-first-call.

• Base the roadmap on developer analytics, support feedback, and direct discussions with API developers.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education teams.

• Influence developer platform standards and user experience across other AlphaSense products as the platform grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing public APIs, SDKs, or developer portals.

• Strong understanding of developer workflows and enterprise integration processes.

• Ideal candidates will have experience creating solutions for developers who integrate products into user experiences.

• Capability to interpret API documentation, authenticate, and execute API calls.

• Familiarity with how engineering teams integrate LLMs and agents into their systems.

• Knowledge of SDKs, error handling, and tooling conventions.

• Ability to influence decisions on intricate technical matters in collaboration with Engineering.

• Experience working in a rapidly scaling enterprise environment.
