Senior Developer – Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and improve Power Apps Canvas applications

• Design, build, and manage Model-Driven applications

• Execute automated flows, approval workflows, and process automation using Power Automate

• Model data and business rules utilizing Microsoft Dataverse

• Connect Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, REST APIs, and custom connectors

• Develop and manage intelligent agents using Copilot Studio

• Set up knowledge bases linked to SharePoint and Dataverse

• Design conversational experiences, custom instructions, and user journeys

• Integrate AI agents with actions in Power Automate

• Assist in publishing and promoting solutions across environments

• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and responsible AI usage policies

• Create intelligent automations with AI Builder

• Implement document processing, classification, and data extraction

• Develop predictive and information-recognition models

• Oversee Development, Testing, and Production environments

• Create and maintain Managed Solutions

• Configure Environment Variables, Connection References, Security Roles, and Deployment Pipelines

• Plan and execute production deployments

• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to deployments and transitions between environments

• Manage and resolve incidents

• Conduct root cause analysis

• Implement enhancements and improvements to existing solutions

• Provide support to end users and facilitate onboarding processes

• Prepare both technical and functional documentation

• Conduct training and knowledge-transfer sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Power Platform

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse

• Experience with Copilot Studio and generative AI solutions

• Background in integrating with Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Understanding of ALM and best practices for Power Platform governance

• Proficiency with REST APIs and custom connectors

• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication

• Availability to work during Portugal business hours

• Capability to work 100% remotely
