Senior Developer – Data Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance backend services, APIs, data workflows, and internal tools.

• Transform data, research findings, and analytical results into functional product features.

• Participate in solution architecture, data modeling, integrations, and selection of technologies.

• Assess existing methodologies and create prototypes for new product functionalities.

• Enhance the reliability, performance, and maintainability of both new and existing solutions.

• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, product and UX teams, and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level in delivering software, data products, or other technical solutions in a production setting.

• Hands-on experience in backend development, APIs, and data processing using Python or TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.

• Experience in deploying and maintaining solutions within cloud or Linux environments.

• Strong technical judgment, ownership, and capability to bring a solution from concept to production.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in English within a global remote team.

• Background in machine learning, NLP, LLM integrations, frontend development, data visualization, or DevOps is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• CV must be submitted in English.

• A brief overview of one technical solution that you developed from initial concept to a working product or production deployment, detailing your contributions, key decisions, and outcomes.
