Senior Developer Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create demos, technical blog articles, videos, and webinars on a regular basis, collaborating with engineering to ensure technical accuracy while overseeing the final product.

• Present at developer and AI conferences, establishing connections with event organizers and attendees.

• Develop tools, extensions, and plugins that enhance the developer experience on Runpod, and implement metrics to evaluate their effectiveness.

• Design and implement scalable programs across content, events, and community engagement.

• Maintain an active presence in developer communities, fostering relationships and sharing insights with Product and relevant teams.

• Utilize Runpod as a developer would, translating hands-on experience into content, tools, advocacy, and product feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in developer relations, advocacy, community management, solutions engineering, customer success, or other customer-facing technical roles.

• Willingness to frequently attend events and conferences in person.

• Proficiency in public speaking on behalf of a developer-focused product.

• Technical credibility, demonstrated by building and showcasing tangible solutions on the platform and engaging in deep technical discussions without a script.

• Active involvement in developer communities.

• Strong writing skills for creating recaps and posts.

• Successful completion of a background check.

• Preferred: experience speaking at meetups or developer events.

• Preferred: capability to produce technically detailed videos.

• Preferred: familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks, agent frameworks, ML infrastructure, or GPU workloads.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
