Senior Developer – Adobe Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Manager.

• Develop and tailor components, templates, workflows, and services within AEM.

• Create features and services using Java, J2EE, Sling, and OSGi technologies.

• Establish integrations between AEM and enterprise systems through REST APIs and JSON.

• Contribute to technical design and establish scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

• Collaborate with architects, UX, product, business, and engineering teams.

• Ensure the application's quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Assist in deployment processes, delivery automation, and CI/CD practices.

• Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical incidents.

• Engage in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to the quality of delivery.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, architecture, and developed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Advanced/Fluent English (C2), capable of communicating in an international setting.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining solutions with Adobe Experience Manager.

• Practical experience in Java and J2EE development.

• Familiarity with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling, OSGi, and Apache Dispatcher.

• Experience in developing and customizing components, templates, workflows, and services in AEM.

• Knowledge of Maven, Git, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON.

• Proven experience building integrations between AEM and enterprise systems via APIs.

• Experience with medium to large enterprise projects and collaboration with international teams.

• Understanding of best practices for application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents within complex environments.
