Senior Designer, Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create visually engaging paid acquisition and retention campaigns for Fanatics Casino.

• Develop a visual framework to enhance the speed of production and testing for performance creatives.

• Design materials for various channels, including paid social, display, programmatic, app store, affiliate, and CRM.

• Construct and optimize modular, test-ready templates and component libraries.

• Create compliance lockups that adhere to state-by-state and market-by-market regulations, including responsible gaming messages, age restrictions, and terms.

• Collaborate with Paid Media and Analytics to conduct structured creative tests and utilize findings to inform design choices.

• Work alongside designers, motion designers, and creative operations on collaborative projects.

• Ensure consistency across static and animated assets in conjunction with Motion.

• Investigate dynamic creative solutions, automation, and AI-assisted versioning processes.

• Deliver organized files with appropriate naming conventions, logical versioning, and accessible layers.

• Within the first 90 days, familiarize yourself with the performance creative workflow, launch live paid and CRM initiatives, and pinpoint areas for efficiency and quality enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in graphic or digital design, focusing on performance or direct-response projects.

• A portfolio that demonstrates high-volume performance creative work and solid craftsmanship.

• Extensive knowledge of design systems and templates using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with motion design software.

• A working understanding of performance metrics, supported by examples of design decisions influenced by data.

• Experience in producing design outputs that comply with diverse market and regulatory standards.

• Proficient in typography, hierarchy, and layout skills, especially for small sizes in busy feeds.

• Capability to work swiftly while ensuring precision.

• Ability to accept feedback, refine the work, and continue progressing.

• Bonus: Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, fintech, or subscription-based applications.

• Bonus: Familiarity with DCO platforms or creative automation tools.

• Bonus: Experience in designing assets for app stores.
