Creative Designer – Static and Motion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality static assets, such as thumbnails, social media graphics, presentation decks, and brand collateral.

• Operate within brand guidelines while exercising creative judgment on each brief.

• Resize and modify assets for various formats and placements.

• Develop motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other design elements related to video.

• Refine motion and design projects based on feedback from the production team.

• Collaborate effectively with video producers, editors, and creative leads.

• Offer creative ideas and visual concepts during the initial briefing phase.

• Maintain organized project files and finished assets with a clean structure and version control.

• Ensure assets are delivered in the appropriate formats for each specific use case.

• Communicate proactively regarding timelines and identify any brief gaps before they impact delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated creative design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing completed static work, including thumbnails, social graphics, brand assets, and digital content.

• A solid understanding of design principles in a video and motion context, including visual hierarchy, pacing, and storytelling.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• A keen creative eye, producing visually unique work rather than relying on templated outputs.

• Highly organized and dependable, consistently delivering on time across multiple projects.

• Strong communication skills; capable of identifying issues early and incorporating feedback smoothly.

• Availability during US business hours.

• An updated resume.

• A portfolio link featuring 4 to 6 completed design examples.

• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, showcasing one work sample, and explaining your creative decisions.

• Both the portfolio and Loom video are mandatory to advance to the next hiring step.
