Senior Designer, Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create engaging paid acquisition and retention creatives for Fanatics Casino.

• Design for various channels including paid social, display, programmatic, app store, affiliate, and CRM.

• Develop and enhance modular, test-ready templates and component libraries for quick versioning.

• Design compliance lockups tailored to specific states and markets, incorporating responsible gaming messages, age requirements, and terms.

• Collaborate with Paid Media and Analytics to conduct structured tests and utilize findings to refine design choices.

• Work alongside designers, motion designers, and creative operations on collaborative projects.

• Ensure that static and animated assets are synchronized as a cohesive system with Motion.

• Investigate dynamic creative, automation, and AI-assisted versioning workflows.

• Deliver clean, properly named, sensibly versioned, and editable files.

• Within the first 90 days, familiarize yourself with the performance creative operation, launch live paid and CRM projects, and enhance production efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in graphic or digital design, particularly in performance or direct-response roles.

• A portfolio showcasing high-volume performance creative and exceptional craftsmanship.

• Extensive experience with design systems and templates using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as motion design software.

• A solid understanding of performance metrics, supported by examples of data-driven design decisions.

• Proven experience in producing design outputs across various markets and adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Strong skills in typography, hierarchy, and layout, particularly in compact formats on busy feeds.

• Capability to work swiftly while ensuring accuracy.

• Aptitude for following directions, refining work, and maintaining momentum.

• Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, fintech, or app-based subscription sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with DCO platforms or creative automation tools is advantageous.

• Experience in designing assets for app stores is a bonus.
