Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives from initial briefing and concept development to execution and final delivery.

• Produce exceptional designs for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.

• Engage directly with clients to clarify project briefs, comprehend business goals, and suggest creative strategies.

• Present design concepts and confidently articulate the reasoning behind design choices.

• Facilitate feedback discussions, offer constructive suggestions, and transform client feedback into precise revisions.

• Establish and maintain cohesive visual identities across various formats and channels.

• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, marketers, developers, and other creative professionals.

• Review work and provide mentorship to fellow designers as necessary.

• Manage multiple projects while balancing quality, timelines, and client expectations.

• Prepare production-ready files and ensure design quality throughout the delivery process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing projects.

• Demonstrated experience in direct client engagement, concept presentations, and managing creative feedback.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Excellent grasp of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.

• Capability to translate business goals into impactful visual solutions.

• Sound creative judgment and confidence in advising clients on design direction.

• Strong communication, organizational, and project ownership skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

• Preferred experience in an agency or freelance setting managing projects for multiple clients.

• Experience in supporting established brands or global clients.

• Experience in developing brand identities, guidelines, or design systems.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UI design.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance creative exploration and production.
