Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create visual content for campaigns, promotional materials, CRM, in-product displays, paid advertisements, out-of-home (OOH) media, and video projects related to the Casino sector.

• Develop designs for push notifications, emails, in-app messages, content cards, bottom sheets, promotional cards, detail pages, paid social media, OOH, and video.

• Manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring specifications are met.

• Enhance and create components, templates, and usage guidelines within the design system.

• Work collaboratively with creatives, motion designers, and creative operations on joint projects.

• Provide organized files with accurate naming conventions, logical versioning, and accessible layers.

• Integrate legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming standards from the outset.

• Familiarize yourself with the brand and system, deliver live work across all channels, and suggest improvements for the design process within the first 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a design position within an agency or in-house studio.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and campaign design, highlighting both conceptual projects and high-volume work.

• Proficient in Figma at an expert level.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Excellent skills in typography, hierarchy, and layout, particularly for small sizes or busy social media feeds.

• Capability to work swiftly and accurately.

• Ability to accept feedback, refine work, and maintain momentum.

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or entertainment is a plus.

• Experience in high-volume CRM or lifecycle design is a plus.

• Skills in motion design or 3D rendering are a plus.
