Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create visuals for campaigns, promotional materials, CRM content, in-product visuals, paid advertisements, and out-of-home designs within the Casino mix.

• Design elements such as push notifications, emails, in-app messaging, content cards, bottom sheets, promotional cards, details pages, paid social content, out-of-home advertising, and video materials.

• Manage briefs from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring specifications are met.

• Develop and enhance components, templates, and usage guidelines within the design system.

• Collaborate with fellow creatives, motion designers, and creative operations on joint projects.

• Provide clean file handoffs with appropriate naming conventions, logical versioning, and accessible layers.

• Integrate legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming guidelines from the outset.

• Familiarize yourself with the brand and design system, deliver live work across all channels, and suggest improvements to the design process within the first 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a design position within an agency or in-house design studio.

• A robust portfolio showcasing proficiency in digital and campaign design, including conceptual projects and high-volume work.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Exceptional abilities in typography, hierarchy, and layout design, even at smaller sizes or within busy social media feeds.

• Capable of working swiftly and accurately.

• Competent in taking direction, refining work, and maintaining momentum.

• Bonus: Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or the entertainment industry.

• Bonus: Background in high-volume CRM or lifecycle design.

• Bonus: Skills in motion design or 3D capability.
