Senior Dental Recruiter – Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit skilled dental professionals for open positions

• Proactively source and headhunt both passive and active candidates

• Perform candidate outreach, discovery, and screening processes

• Assess candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements

• Confirm relevant experience, licenses, certifications, and other essential qualifications

• Prepare thorough and precise candidate submissions

• Oversee candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and placements

• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline with regular follow-ups

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience

• Proven experience in recruiting within the dental sector

• Full-cycle recruiting expertise

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing and headhunting

• Experience in independently identifying and engaging passive candidates

• Excellent candidate screening and evaluation capabilities

• Ability to assess candidates against specific job requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines

• Established sourcing techniques and ability to recruit without basic recruiter training

• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis

• Must be located in the U.S.
